Pam is a dynamic, motivating, and humorous trainer, speaker, and facilitator for groups of all sizes. Mrs. Minor is a talented storyteller; she has a passion for people, business, and life. The inspiration Mrs. Minor transmits in her speaking events has personal and professional applications that are unforgettable and valuable. Minor, in the 20 plus years that span her career has been an entrepreneur, photographer, videographer, software engineer, trainer, inventor, and patent holder (Patent No.: US8,614,633 B1). Mrs. Minor now resides in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan Area with her husband and has been a mentor to over 400 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) professionals. 

 
In 2016 Pamela Minor was the Social Media strategist for the 5th Annual "Nine Innings of Networking" which saw over 1800 people participate in Southern Maryland's unparalleled job fair. The last five years Minor has been working for government contractors supporting the High-Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) in the area of workforce development.  

Mrs. Minor's vision of a world-class organization became a realization while building Infotek International Inc. over the 20 years as president of Infotek.  Minor's experience in Information Technology and Management Services and a graduate from Darden Minority Executive Management Program, Towson State University and the University of Maryland respectively, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and Computer Science has more than prepared Minor to be the thought leader she is today. Throughout her career, Minor has held various technical and management roles while working closely with small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies. As the information technology age continued to grow, Minor has remained current with the latest technology tools in the areas of database, web development, modeling and simulation, enterprise architecture, and social media strategy.

Minor's education prepared her for the merge of computer technology with mass communications in what we now call e-Business. As President and CEO of Infotek International, Inc. Minor's duties include business/career development, strategic planning, budget planning, acquisition of resources, and overall daily operations.

Minor is a unique leader and educator, dedicated to assisting in the development of her staff professionally, personally, and technically. Goal-driven and committed, Minor leads a diverse team of professionals in an effort to assist clients to increase productivity in their operations using the information as an asset, in addition to incorporating technologies to differentiate themselves from the competition. Minor understands the importance of developing strategic partnerships with companies that enhance and compliment Infotek's strengths.
